On Monday, December 26, 2016, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) faithful and the generality of Ibesikpo Asutan people converged at the Nung Udoe residence of Uyo Federal Constituency’s political leader, Prince Uwem Ita Etuk, as the member representing the constituency in the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Aniekan Uko, in collaboration with the leadership of the party in the area, celebrated the yuletide by churning out empowerment packages and Christmas hampers to the constituents.

101-year-old woman allegedly gives birth to baby

A 101-year-old Italian woman, Anatolia Vertadella, has given birth to a 9-pound baby.

According to reports, this was made possible through ovary transplant even when medical professionals were against the procedure due to the age of the woman involved.

Wallet becomes snake in suspected thief’s hands

A man simply identified as Mbu cried profusely in the Ghanaian town of Kofiridua on Monday morning after snatching a wallet that quickly turned into a deadly cobra in his hands.

Eye witnesses report that Mbu snatched a wallet from a herbalist. While trying to check the content of the wallet, it turned into a snake.
