Reigners Church tragedy: Man wishes his late sister a posthumous birthday

Barely one week after the collapse of the Reigners Bible Church in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, which saw over 200 people dead, a sibling of one of the deceased decided to share his grief on his sister's birthday.

A heartbroken young man identified as Etim Happiness Edem, bared his grief on his Facebook page, where he celebrated his sister's posthumous birthday.


Etim's sister Josephine, was one of the victims of the collapsed church and would have turned a year older on Tuesday, December 13.

Sharing this picture on his Facebook page, he wrote:

“Today is your birthday but Reigners Bible Church couldn’t allow it. RIP my dear sister.”
