A faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta
State has allegedly placed fetish materials at the secretariat of the party in
the state.
A calabash containing eggs, white native chalk tied with red
pieces were some of the fetish objects found at the secretariat on Monday.
TheCable reports that one of the factions led by Jones Ode
Erue, a prophet, had fixed an executive meeting for 10am.
It was gathered that a padlock painted in red colour was
also used to lock the secretariat’s gate which was later forced open.
It was learnt that the fetish objects were later disposed
and the meeting took place as scheduled.
The leader of the other faction, Francis Okpozo has been
alleged to be behind the incident.
