FORMER LABOUR LEADER BAGS RATTAWU AWARD

Comrade Usoro

A former President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) in Akwa Ibom State

, Comrade Unyime Usoro, has been honoured by the Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers Union (RATTAWU).

The award was presented to him today during the union's first National Merit Award held at the Yar'Adua Centre in Abuja. 

The Award

The award was conferred on him in appreciation of Comrade Usoro's "invaluable contribution to media development in Nigeria."

Comrade Usoro was the Special Adviser to Governor Udom Emmanuel on Labour Matters in the recently dissolved state exco.
