IT IS STUPID TO THANK JESUS AFTER EATING YOUR WIFE'S FOOD - CLERIC

Ghana’s most controversial pastor and relationship counselor, Cyril George Lutterdot has been under fire for saying that husbands who thank Jesus when their wives prepare their meals are stupid.

In an interview with Okay FM’s Abeiku Santana, the counselor who calls himself ‘ the emotional fixer’ said that any man who eats his wife’s food and then gives thanks to Jesus is a stupid man because he should show appreciation to his wife first before thanking Jesus.

The post which has gone viral on Instagram was done in Ghanaian language but was later translated in English by a Ghanaian website (Yen.com.gh).

The pastor disclosed saying: “Your wife has served you food…. Have you seen Jesus going to the market before? Thank you Jesus for what?” In another video on his Instagram handle, the pastor further explained that “For Better for worse in marriage vows in not biblical.”

He added that, if the marriage is no longer going as planned the couples can part ways.
